  HOW IT WORKS

With a Roscoby Riser Cam, the bow-mounted video camera, you will be able to watch your shot. You’ll see the arrow in flight, the impact and the reaction of the animal.

1) ATTACH - Roscoby Riser Cam fits into the stabilizer receptacle, acting as a stabilizer. Adding a camera to your bow may conjure up thoughts of weight and balance problems. Not with a Roscoby Riser Cam. Part of the genius behind a Roscoby is the fact that it connects to your bow via the stabilizer receptacle and serves as a stabilizer for your bow. No balance issues. No poorly distributed weight issues. In fact, if anything, the Roscoby may help you to shoot even better! Perhaps the most significant technology of the Roscoby Riser Cam is the way in which it connects to your bow. As you can imagine, the recoil from the shot can distort shot footage. Roscoby’s proprietary Recoil Absorption Technology (RAT) allows the Riser Cam to “recover” from the recoil virtually instantaneously and well before impact. So, you see what you want to see with no recoil-induced distortion.

2) RECORD - The Roscoby Riser Cam is easy to operate. Simply turn it on, then, when you wish to record, press the “record” button. It’s really that simple! Roscoby records video clips at 30 frames per second, which is more than fast enough to capture your arrow flight, as well as impact and reaction. Roscoby uses a common SD card on which to record video footage. The Roscoby comes with a microphone which captures all of the ambient sound associated with your shot. You’ll hear any walking, any talking, the shot, the impact and the reaction. Sound completes the picture and will add to your enjoyment of watching the footage.

3) VIEW - View on your TV or computer (cables included). To watch your Roscoby footage, plug the Roscoby into a
television or computer with the supplied cables. With the “function” button on your Roscoby you can scroll through video clips and find the footage of your shot!
